DEBRA FARB

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Debra Farb brings a wealth of professional experience in both the non- and for-profit sectors of the economy to her work with Stirling Associates. Previously she served as the Audience Development Coordinator for the San Francisco Ballet where she was responsible for the management and coordination of the Ballet’s outreach and education programs.

Prior to coming to the Ballet, she worked for four years as the Executive Director of the Bass Tickets Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing clients of social service organizations with complimentary access to arts and entertainment events throughout Northern California. She began her professional fundraising career in Washington, D.C., working first for the American Film Institute and later for the National Gallery of Art.

Prior to her non-profit career, Debra worked for Bank of America in both its New York and San Francisco offices, where she was responsible for working with a portfolio of corporate clients in the technology and chemical industries. Her responsibilities included both marketing and financial and credit analysis.

Debra has an M.B.A. from New York University and A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
